About KC Partnership
Unlike other firms in the field of Quantity Surveying, KC Partnership offers a unique approach. Sean Connolly, enthusiastic about Tax Depreciation and assisting clients in achieving the greatest possible tax savings, founded the company in 2004.
In 2017, The Koste Group purchased KC Partnership. It overnight created one of the largest depreciation providers in Australia. Therefore, we now have a team servicing all major cities and parts of rural Australia.
KC Partnership now generates 3,000+ Residential annual reports. The CODE division of Koste Group is a highly specialised division that advises business clients on the advantages of tax depreciation (Creating Optimum Depreciation Entitlements). For our business clients, we created this system to oversee the depreciation process. Our Quantity Surveyors use the program to maximise annual tax returns.
