About KC Partnership
KC Partnership is a different kind of Quantity Surveying practice. It was founded by Sean Connolly in 2004, who was passionate about Tax Depreciation and helping clients maximise tax savings.
In 2017, The Koste Group purchased KC Partnership. It overnight created one of the largest depreciation providers in Australia. Therefore, we now have a team servicing all major cities and parts of rural Australia.
Today, KC Partnership produces in excess of 3,000+ Residential reports annually. Also, it is the specialist arm of Koste Group focusing on advising commercial clients on the benefits of tax depreciation through CODE (Creating Optimum Depreciation Entitlements). This is a program developed to manage depreciation for our commercial clients. Most importantly, our Quantity Surveyors use this program to ensure maximum annual returns.
