All reports come with a 40 year detailed schedule for both Prime Cost and Diminishing Value methods. We also utilise Low Value Pooling and Immediate writeoffs where possible.

The majority of properties will have had some work completed, whether this is pre or post purchase. The value of this work can be estimated by the Quantity Surveyor and included in your report.

Sprapping / Writeoff

Where necessary site inspections are  carried out by a qualified inspector. We are also servicing rural and remote areas through video surveys with the property manager and office based QS.
